At The TRS Collection, our merchandise represents unique, limited-run wearable art. Because each individual piece is custom-printed, cut, and sewn upon receipt of your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If your bag arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or physical damage sustained during transit, we will fix it immediately at zero cost to you.

To claim a free replacement or full refund for a damaged item:
- Email us at quench705@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and attach a clear photo showing the defect or damage.
- Once reviewed, we will issue a brand-new replacement bag or process a full refund to your original payment method.
